This holiday season feels different – in the best possible way. After completing our 3-room renovation in our 1910 Victorian farmhouse, holiday decorating brought a whole new kind of excitement. New interiors bring a new look, a new energy and a fresh sense of what “home” can feel like. And after a lot of dust, decisions, paint samples and patience… seeing these spaces with new holiday style for the season has been so fun.

A Fresh Canvas to Style
Every room we renovated gave us a chance to reimagine how we want to live in our home. The colors, textures and character details we restored all play a role in how the space feels and this year, holiday décor became the finishing layer.
Just like getting dressed, holiday decorating is all about creating a feeling. Our home has always been cozy and full of charm but now it feels more intentional, more reflective of who we’re becoming as a family.

This holiday season, we leaned into:
- Warm, nostalgic touches
- Soft layers of greenery
- Natural textures that feel both classic and elevated
- Simple, timeless accents that let the character of the house shine

Lynch Creek Farm
This year, I partnered with Lynch Creek Farm and their pieces were the perfect complement to our newly refreshed rooms. If you’ve never experienced their greenery before – it’s a whole different level. Everything is handcrafted in Washington state using fresh, sustainably sourced evergreens and the moment the box arrives, your entire home smells like Christmas. Sign me up!

We used their wreaths, garlands and tabletop greenery throughout the house and it instantly made each room feel holiday complete. I love how their designs lean classic and timeless – nothing trendy, nothing overdone. Just beautiful, natural pieces that elevate any space.

Bringing Style Home
As a wardrobe stylist, I’ve always believed that style isn’t just about what you wear – it’s about how you live. Your home tells a story just as much as your closet does. With every garland draped and wreath hung, I kept coming back to this idea: the spaces we create are a reflection of who we’re becoming.
Decorating for the holidays this year felt like an extension of that philosophy.
A mix of old and new.
Classic and refreshed.
Cozy and elevated.

Holiday Magic at the Farm
I can’t wait to share more of the renovated spaces in the coming weeks post holiday. But for now, here’s a little peek at the holiday decorating glow around the farm. Every corner feels special and seeing our home styled for the season – through the lens of new beginnings, has been the best gift.

If you’re refreshing your home for the holidays or simply adding a few festive touches, I hope this inspires you to decorate in a way that feels true to your style, too.
Here’s to creating spaces that feel warm, intentional, and beautifully lived in.
