With summer in full swing, what better way to entertain, than with a beautiful cheese board platter! I had the absolute best time learning how to make these fun creations with a group of friends in partnership with Kelsey Basset, Owner and Creator of The Board Loon. Read more about her story here.
This was a great evening with friends as we honed our cheese board skills over a virtual Zoom meeting! Yes, you heard right. We had Kelsey teach us from a big screen tv in a local Minneapolis studio. We covered everything from how to choose ingredients that make sense, to learning how to fold salami and then somehow magically turning it into a flower – lol.
This was such a fun way to reconnect with friends, old and new after such a long season of being apart. We laughed, shared stories and it was so good for the soul! If you are looking for something new to try whether celebrating a birthday, trying a new team building event, or simply just being with friends, check out the workshop information.
Kelsey was so kind to pass along some additional links and discount codes and of course I wanted to share them with all of you. Included in the information below, you will also find a list of her favorite cheeses and meats. Thank you Kelsey!
